According to the latest results of Jhapa constituency number-5, Balendra Shah of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is leading with 11,945 votes.
UML's KP Sharma Oli, who is in second place, has secured 2,692 votes. Shram Sanskriti Party is in third place. Its candidate Samir Tamang has secured 1,477 votes. NCP's Ranjit Tamang has secured 355 votes and Congress's Mandhara Chimaria has secured 335 votes.
