NCP Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the House of Representatives elections were held in a civilized and democratic environment.
Posting on social media after the voting ended on Thursday, Coordinator Dahal said that the election to the House of Representatives, which was announced to ease the complicated political situation, was held peacefully, dispelling all doubts.
Dahal wrote, 'I express my heartfelt gratitude to the Government of Nepal, civil servants, security personnel, participating political parties, civil society and all voters.'
