After completing the voting process in Kathmandu, the National Independent Party (RIP) candidate from Jhapa Constituency No. 5 and the current mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Balendra Shah (Balen), left for Jhapa on Thursday morning via a helicopter charter flight.

According to a senior official at Tribhuvan International Airport, Balen is going to Jhapa via a helicopter of Heli Everest.

'After completing the voting in Kathmandu, Balen is going to Jhapa via a helicopter of Heli Everest,' the official informed.

It is said that there is no regular flight from Kathmandu to Jhapa today. For this reason, the trip has been arranged via a charter flight.

Another investor in Heli Everest, Mingma Sherpa, is also a candidate for the post of member of the House of Representatives from Sankhuwasabha on behalf of the RIP.
