The Supreme Court has issued an interim order not to implement the decision to revoke the membership of Progressive Democratic Party leader and Karnali Province in-charge Rajkumar Sharma from the Karnali Province Assembly.

A single bench of Justice Meghraj Pokharel issued an interim order not to implement the decision to remove him from the post of MP. 

After the Supreme Court issued an interim order, his MP post remains intact . He was elected from the Maoists and had gone into seclusion after joining the NCP.
