Speaking at the manifesto public program, he said, "Every citizen should be assured of the treatment expenses of himself and his family by joining health insurance. No matter how much the treatment costs, every citizen should be proud of the state and be able to say with confidence - I have an insurance card in my pocket, what am I afraid of?"
