UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that the country is in a conflict between those who destroy and those who build, and that attempts are being made to turn the country into a laboratory again.

Speaking at a manifesto public program organized in Kathmandu, Oli said this. He said that a cloud of uncertainty has gathered after the destruction of Bhadra 23 and 24, and that the entire system was attacked on those days. He said, 'The country is currently standing at a crossroads. On one side, there is anger, passion and outrage, and on the other, there is conscience and responsibility.' He also said that attempts are being made to turn the country into a laboratory again in the conflict between those who destroy and those who build.

Chairman Oli said that he has some questions at this time and made them public. He questioned whether the events of Bhadra 23 and 24 were spontaneous or planned. He also questioned why the parliament was dissolved, saying that the demands of the Gen-G protesters were not being met. He said that answers to such questions should be sought.

Stating that the country was trapped in a political vicious circle in the 2079 elections, Chairman Oli recalled that at that time, the UML had asked for votes in favor of political stability.
