The Congress has made public a 10-point brief pledge today. These include a Nepal that lives with dignity, a Nepal that can dream, a Nepal that encourages wealth and employment creation, a Nepal of farmers who feed their stomachs and make the country known, a Nepal that provides medicine and shelter, a Nepal that does not have to bear the financial burden of educating children, a Nepal where the rule of law is free from injustice and harassment, a modern Nepal that takes pride in its originality, a Nepal that is respectful of nature and respected by the world, and a Nepal that thrives on prosperity.

The Congress has resolved to destroy untouchability, discrimination and barriers created on the basis of caste, religion, color, gender, class or geography. Similarly, it has resolved to make a vibrant country where Nepalis living abroad will want to return and those living in the country will see a golden future here, the state has resolved to encourage transparent and legitimate profit-making but to ruthlessly control the tendency to accumulate wealth and consume it illegally. The pledge states that the political leadership will work to advance economic cleanliness and morality as a culture.

The Congress is committed to making a policy that the state will end the shortage of irrigation and chemical fertilizers, eliminate the hardships of insurance and payment, and ensure market and price, and that the state will support agricultural entrepreneurs at every step to make Nepal's products a brand in the world market.

Similarly, in the health sector, the state has declared that it will establish the concept that treatment is not charity but a fundamental right of citizens. ‘Providing medicines and hospital facilities to Nepalis will be the main duty of the state. The state will fulfill this responsibility through an advanced health insurance system of the advanced level of a developed country,’ the public pledge of the Congress states.

The Congress is determined to ensure that no one is deprived of the right to quality education due to financial constraints, to end the discriminatory situation where the poor are given the law and the rich are given peace, to end party affiliation in all state institutions including courts, constitutional bodies, police, universities, to realize the concept of Digital Nepal by making maximum use of technology in every service of the state, and to respect all the diversity and uniqueness of Nepal.

The Congress promises that relations with neighboring and friendly countries will be based on equality and mutual respect, and to advance such respect on the basis of mutual benefit and economic partnership.  The Congress promises to preserve the precious natural heritage of mountains, rivers, forests and other places for future generations through an open economy, competitive, technology-friendly and environmentally friendly development, and to ensure the respectful participation of all castes, races, religions, classes, geographies and communities in the campaign to build the nation.
