Former Nepali Congress Vice President Bimalendra Nidhi has said that the Nepali Congress should win a majority to protect the federal democratic republic.
Nidhi said that forming a government under the leadership of Congress President Gagan Thapa will bring about a revolution in the protection and development of the constitution.
He said that the current election is not under normal conditions.
‘This election is not going to be held under normal conditions. There is no elected parliament. There is no accountable government formed by the elected parliament. The constitution is off track,’ Nidhi said, ‘The new party has no experience in running the state. Only Congress can take the country forward from the current crisis.’
He said that there is no other transformative party in Nepal other than Congress.
