UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that it is still impossible to say whether the party should launch a protest or participate in the elections.

Addressing the party entrance program at the party central office, he accused the government of insulting him.

'When I returned from Jhapa, I was harassed by being checked at the airport as if I were a gold smuggler. Even when I go abroad, I don't do that in places I know. But yesterday I was harassed at the airport. Why, the order has come from above,' he said, 'This government is trying to make us suffer. This government is apolitical and rude.'

Oli accused the government of insulting opinion leaders. 'I saw that behavior. It feels like we don't belong in a civilized world,' he said.
