Congress President Gagan Thapa has said that he had to intervene after the leadership repeatedly raised its hands and raised its finger to ask questions, but they did not listen.

During the discussion with the youth, he said that this was not a normal situation. 'The issue of change arose in the Genji movement,' he said. 'The leadership should have listened to it.'

Stating that he had contested and won elections in Kathmandu-4 several times, he said that he had deliberately gone to Madhesh. 'Until it was decided whether my candidacy would be Kathmandu or Sarlahi, other parties could not select a candidate,' he said. 'I had thought of going to Madhesh last time, but I could not dare to do it at that time. Until I connect with Madhesh not with my mouth but with my soul, I cannot belong to the whole of Nepal.'

He said that he would establish an MP's office in Sarlahi. 'I will work on the issue of employment in Sarlahi. "I will work with the networks I built in and abroad in the fields of education and health when I was the minister," he promised.

Thapa is contesting the upcoming House of Representatives elections from Sarlahi-4, leaving his previous constituency.
