The central working committee meeting decided to nominate Thapa as the Prime Minister, said spokesperson Devraj Chalise. 'This decision has been made to make it easier for voters to decide who will be the country's Prime Minister,' said Vice President
Bishwaprakash Sharma. Sharma had submitted a proposal to declare Thapa as the Prime Ministerial candidate in the meeting.
