The Election Commission has dismissed the complaint filed against two candidates from Bhaktapur. The complaint was filed with the commission against Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) candidate Rajiv Khatri and Nepal Janasewa Party's Januka Pathak.
A total of five complaints were registered with the commission. Of these, Madhav Kumar Nepal's District Election Office filed a complaint, while Resham Chaudhary of Kailali is in the process of being decided, said Kul Bahadur GC, assistant spokesperson of the commission.
Mahesh Basnet from CPN-UML and Kabir Rana from Nepali Congress are candidates in that area.
