Nepali Communist Party leader Ram Prasad Sapkota has registered his candidacy from Bhaktapur House of Representatives Constituency No. 2.
Sapkota reached the office of the election officer on Tuesday and registered his nomination. He said that the election environment has now been created amidst the uncertainty of whether the election will be held or not.
