Former minister Dhan Bahadur Budha has filed his candidacy from the NCP in the Himalayan district of Dolpa. He reached the office of the Chief Electoral Officer on Tuesday and filed his candidacy.
Budha, who has previously been a member of the House of Representatives three times, is now running for the fourth time.
He won the 2070, 2074, and 2079 House of Representatives elections and has also served as a minister twice.
