Senior leader of the National Independent Party and Prime Ministerial candidate Balendra Shah has urged people to vote for the bell election symbol to ensure that the right person comes.
Addressing a program organized by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in Janakpur on Monday, Shah urged people to vote for the RSS' election symbol, the bell, not because a Madhesi son is becoming the Prime Minister, but because the right person is coming to power.
'Vote for the bell not because a Madhesi son is becoming the Prime Minister, but because the right person is coming. Vote for the bell to bring the right time and bring the right government,' Shah said.
Similarly, Shah said that socialism like that in Kathmandu Metropolitan City should be brought to the whole country. He said that getting free education in expensive schools is socialism.
Balendra Shah said that getting free treatment in large and well-equipped hospitals is socialism. 'Whatever socialism is in Kathmandu Metropolitan City, socialism should be in all seven provinces and 753 local levels,' he said.
Shah also said that the RSS will protect the temples, ponds and lands of Madhesh Province.
