The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has fielded Rajan Gautam as its candidate in East Nawalparasi-1. Gautam, who is the party's Gandaki Province President, has been handed over the ticket by President Ravi Lamichhane.

Rastriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leaders have said that efforts are being made to provide tickets by reaching an understanding between Doman Bahadur Bhandari, who joined the RSS from the Congress, Dr. Pushpa Mani Kharal, who came from the UML, and 26-year-old Manish Khanal of the Balen faction.
