Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSWP) President Ravi Lamichhane has said that he was certain that they could walk together within 5 minutes of meeting Balen.
Addressing the election meeting organized by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in Janakpur, Lamichhane also announced that he would form the party that gets the most votes and enter the parliament. 'Yesterday, I became the MP with the most votes, now we will form the party that gets the most votes,' he said, 'I remember when the people of Chitwan sent me to the parliament with the most votes, but I was thrown out by fraud.'
Recounting the agreement with Balen, he also said that he was sure that they could walk together within five minutes of the meeting. 'The day Balen and I met. It was over in five minutes,' he said, 'We came together in the interest of the country and the people's wishes.'
Lamichhane said that Balen can now run the country while talking to a picture of his late mother. 'I looked at my mother's picture and said - Mother, Balen will build the country. Balen will fulfill our dreams. My wife is also a witness to this,' he said.
He said that the case filed by the government could one day land him in jail. 'The government's case of shooting a child and fleeing in a helicopter may land him in that situation, but there is no need to worry, the country has got Balen.'
Senior Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leader Balendra Shah also addressed the meeting in Maithili.
