Balen, who arrived in Lahan in the morning after offering prayers at the Janaki Temple in Janakpur, was accompanied by Youth and Sports Minister Bablu Gupta and leader Amaresh Kumar Singh. Since then, Magh 5 has been celebrated as Sacrifice Day in memory of the martyrs who lost their lives during the Madhesh movement.

Balen and other leaders have left to participate in the meeting to be held in Janakpur today after garlanding the statue of the martyr.
