The Election Commission is engaged in discussions regarding the Congress dispute. According to a source in the commission, discussions are underway to make a decision as soon as possible today. The party of Gagan Thapa, the president elected by the Congress general convention, has filed a petition to update the party's details, and the Sher Bahadur Deuba party has filed a petition against the petition.

The dispute is being discussed with the acting Chief Election Commissioner Ram Prasad Bhandari, Commissioners Sagun Shumsher Jabra, Janaki Tuladhar and the Secretary of the Commission.

The Commissioners of the Commission, including officials from the Law and Political Parties Division, are in discussion.

Leaders and activists of both parties of the Nepali Congress have blocked the road in front of the Commission's office, awaiting the Election Commission's decision.
