Subash Pokharel, coordinator of the propaganda committee of the Nepali Congress' special general convention faction, has said that the action taken by the Deuba faction is criminal.

He said that the action taken without even seeking a clear explanation and confusing the general membership in the name of consensus is objectionable.

'What kind of Congress is the Deuba faction trying to create by taking action against those who have trust and confidence in the Congress across the country?', Pokharel said, 'It has become clear that the Deuba faction is exploiting the party for its own interests, not for the party.'

He said that the Deuba faction used the efforts made to extend the special general convention by two days to waste time.
