The Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba faction in Sanepa had decided to take disciplinary action and not even be an ordinary member of the party for five years for holding a special general convention, saying that he had acted against the interests of the party.
Reacting to the decision, he claimed that he tried to run the Congress according to the changed times but was subject to action.
