Congress leader Kundan Raj Kafle informed that the Central Working Committee meeting of the Nepali Congress has decided to take action against General Secretaries Gagan Thapa and Bishwaprakash Sharma and the Joint General Secretaries.

The central working committee meeting of the establishment party held today has decided to take action against those who participated in the special general convention at Bhrikutimandap. The joint general secretary who will be taken action is Farmullah Mansur.

The special general convention has moved forward with the process of selecting new office bearers, including Gagan Thapa as the president and Bishwaprakash Sharma and Pradeep Poudel as the two general secretaries. With this, the Nepali Congress has formally moved towards division.
