Nepali Congress leader Gopalman Shrestha has said that the party leadership should implement the decisions of the special general convention.
Addressing the special general convention of the party organized at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu on Sunday under the leadership of party general secretaries Gagan Thapa and Bishwaprakash Sharma, he said that the party leadership should not remain stubborn. He mentioned that the party leadership should be given to the younger generation and also accused the party leadership of not being able to act according to the rules and statutes.
He said, "No one should remain stubborn here. We should move forward according to the rules and statutes. We should act according to the rules and statutes. I believe that the decisions made by the special general convention should be implemented."
Leader Shrestha also urged the party leaders and cadres to move forward unitedly to save the country.
