Pandey, who has been active in education, entrepreneurship, youth empowerment and alternative politics for a long time, has been continuously working on the issue of establishing a new culture, transparency and accountability in Nepali politics.
Pandey, who was born and raised in Constituency No. 9, is active in the education policy and entrepreneurship sectors. A leader close to him said that discussions are underway on whether to run as a candidate from the party or as an independent candidate.
