The National Independent Party has added two vice-presidential posts. RSP spokesperson Manish Jha informed that the decision to add two vice-presidential posts was taken by the central committee.

Jha informed that a decision has been taken to increase the number of posts of two vice-presidents and other office bearers to accommodate the political parties and groups that have merged in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).

Earlier, Jha had informed that one vice-president post had been added. While making the decisions of the central committee public, Jha said that two vice-president posts had been added.

Similarly, one post each has been added to the posts of general secretary, joint general secretary and joint spokesperson, Jha also informed that one post each has been added.

With this decision, the number of vice-presidents in the RSSS will be 4. DP Aryal and Swarnim Wagle are currently the vice-presidents of the RSSS. An agreement has already been reached with the Ujjaya Nepal Party to make Kulman Ghising the vice-president during the merger. There will be 2 general secretaries and 3 joint general secretaries. There will also be 3 joint spokespersons.
