Nepali Congress General Secretary Gagan Thapa is busy writing a report to present at the special general convention. Thapa has reached Dhulikhel in Kavre and is writing the report.

A special general convention of the Nepali Congress has been called in Kathmandu on December 10 and 11. Preparations are underway for the special general convention after the regular general convention could not be held.

After the regular general convention could not be held, General Secretaries Thapa and Bishwaprakash Sharma have called for the special general convention.

The General Secretaries had informed that the regular general convention process has been postponed on Thursday and preparations for the special general convention have begun.
