Proportional candidates and leaders have expressed dissatisfaction, saying that the parties have designed the proportional list in a way that favors those with access.

Speaking on Kantipur Television's program Serokar, rights activist Mohana Ansari, who became a proportional candidate from the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), said that she could not be satisfied after looking at the closed list of proportional representation.

Stating that proportional representation has not been in line with its essence since the 1964 Constituent Assembly elections, she said, 'I have seen some things, ask me personal questions again, I am not satisfied, even now many political parties have unknown people, but there are no personalities who have suddenly come but have long-term political investments.'

In a similar program, Congress leader Ramhari Khatiwada expressed dissatisfaction over the inclusion of Arjun Narsingh KC's name at number one in the proportional list of Khas Arya from the Congress and urged him to withdraw his name. He said, 'Those who have been contesting elections continuously since 1936 will announce that they will not contest elections now and will complain that they should be placed at number 1 in the proportional system, this politics must end now. I want to publicly request him to withdraw his name from the proportional system.'

Social activist Suman Sayami, who participated in the program, claimed that people with no political inclinations have tried to enter the proportional system, but they have not been able to do anything. He said that many people currently in the proportional system are driven by money or nepotism and favoritism. 'They really build the country, the people are thinking, what will they say and do in the parliament after going to the proportional system?' Sayami asked.

The program will be broadcast on Kantipur Television at 10 pm tonight and can be watched on Kantipur Television's YouTube channel at 9 pm.
