The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSWP) led by Rabi Lamichhane submitted the closed list of proportional representation to the Election Office on Monday midnight after completing the merger process with the Ujjaya Nepal Party, which is affiliated with Kathmandu Mayor Balendra Shah's group and Kulman Ghising.
The RSVP team reached the election office at 1:30 am on Monday. 'We have just finalized the names of 110 people for the proportional representation and submitted them to the election office,' RSVP secretariat member Ganesh Parajuli told Ikantipur.
The proportional list includes 40 people from the Balendra group, 18 from Ujjaya Nepal, and the rest from Bibeksheel Sajha and the RSVP, according to sources. The proportional closed list includes names from artist Prakash Saput to cricketers Gyanendra Malla and Rima Bishwakarma. 
The RSVP had also incorporated Bibeksheel Sajha into the party before merging with Kathmandu Mayor Balendra's group and the Ujjaya Nepal Party, to which Kulman is affiliated.
