Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) President Rabi Lamichhane and Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balendra Shah have resumed talks with Kulman Ghising of the Ujjaya Nepal Party. A Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leader said that the talks are taking place at a place in Kathmandu.
The leader says that they are making a final effort to bring Kulman together as well.

However, Kulman had not picked up the phone. Balen had started his homework by saying that Kulman, who was dissatisfied with the Ravi-Balen agreement, should be included again.
The list for the proportional representation party has to be submitted to the Election Commission today, and efforts are being made to reach an agreement before that.
