The Nepali Communist Party has decided not to include anyone who has previously been a member of parliament or minister in the House of Representatives or the National Assembly in the proportional list.

As per the agreement reached among the party's top leadership, those who were previously elected directly or through proportional representation will not be recommended.

A list of 110 proportional representation candidates, including Pramesh Hamal and Mitra Pariyar, who were not previously MPs, is being sent.

Today is the last day to submit the closed list of proportional representation, and the secretariat of coordinator Prashak Kamal Dahal has stated that the decision to send all new faces while preparing the recommendation list was made by the Nepali Communist Party alone.
