Energy Minister Kulman Ghisingh will be given the post of Vice President with the second highest ranking in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Kulman has been given the second highest ranking after President Rabi Lamichhane, with Kathmandu Mayor Balendra Shah, who has already joined the RSS, as a witness.
Mayor Balendra wrote on Facebook after the agreement with Kulman, 'I want to see Nepal laugh.' Balen had released a song called 'I want to see Nepal laugh' on YouTube some time ago. Although the song was released 10 years ago, it was revised and made for the film 'Laaj Sharanam'.
Point number 4 of the agreement states, 'Ravi Lamichhane will remain the central president of the National Independent Party and Kulman Ghising, DP Aryal and Swarnim Wagle will remain vice presidents.'
