National Independent Party (NISP) President Ravi Lamichhane and Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balen Shah have resumed dialogue with Kulman Ghising.

They are currently continuing their dialogue in a room in the Kathmandu Metropolitan City. After a 7-hour discussion on Saturday night, an understanding was reached that Balen would lead the government and Ravi would lead the party.

While the discussion was going on at midnight, attempts were made to call Kulman as well. However, he did not pick up the phone. Kulman had reached Pokhara on Sunday and said that he was ready to cooperate without losing his respect.

There was also pressure from members and office bearers of the Ujjaya Nepal Party, which Kulman is patron of, to join Balen-Ravi. Sumana Shrestha, who left the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) party, said that it was the responsibility of Ravi and Balen to unite Kulman.
