He won again from Rautahat-1 in the 2079 election. This time, a single name has been recommended from Nepal's constituency number 1.

The names of Comrade Akhtar, Mohammad Abdullah, Pravindra Patel, Nitesh Nandan Mishra and Satindra Prasad Yadav have been recommended from constituency number 2. The names of Dhiraj Patel, Ram Bharoshi Yadav, Bindeshwar Yadav and Poonam Yadav have been recommended from constituency number 3. Ram Kumar Bhattarai, Yubaraj Bhattarai (Samir), Devendra Patel and Ashish Lama from Gen-G have been recommended from Constituent Assembly. Ram Kumar and Devendra Patel are members of the Constituent Assembly. Yubaraj Bhattarai is currently a member of the Madhesh Province Assembly. In the proportional representation, 12 names including Kalyani Khadka Devaki Nepal Kamal Raya Yadav and Ashish Waiba have been recommended, informed Nepal Communist Party leader Ram Kumar Bhattarai.
