Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balendra Shah has said that Gen-G members should unite and go to the elections. Shah, while meeting Gen-G representatives and others at his aide Kumar Ben's house in Lalitpur, said that they should go to the elections.
Shah, who has been holding political meetings in Jwagal since Thursday morning, met the Gen-Gs. He said that those who have reached the age of 25 should contest the elections. Gen-G representative Pradeep Gyawali, who participated in the discussion, said, 'Mayor Shah said that we will not go separately now, Gen-G is also a stakeholder. Everyone should go together.'
Balen had also said that those who have reached the age of 25 participating in the Gen-G movement should participate in the elections. Balen had also informed the Gen-G representatives that he was trying to unite new, alternative forces. 'Those who have reached the age of 25 will go to the elections, those who have not reached the age of 25 will help. We will prepare for the local and provincial elections,' Gyawali said, referring to what Balen had said, 'We are trying to unite alternative forces.'
