Former Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai has said that new and alternative forces should move forward together. He made this comment after meeting Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balendra Shah in Jwagal on Thursday.
He also said that he had come to suggest that the new and alternative forces move forward together. ‘No matter how many new and alternative forces there are, move forward together, I will support them,’ Bhattarai said.
Leaders of various political parties have reached Jwagal since Thursday morning to meet Mayor Balen. Leaders including Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) President Ravi Lamichhane and Shishir Khanal have held discussions with Balen.
Interim government minister and Ulyalo Party Nepal patron Kulman Ghising, Congress leader Dr. Sunil Sharma, leader Amresh Kumar Singh and other leaders have also met with Mayor Balen. The mayor is intensifying his meetings with Balen for new political polarization.
