The National Liberation Party Nepal, Kathmandu District Committee has recommended the names of candidates for the upcoming House of Representatives elections.

The party's district committee meeting has recommended the party's central senior vice-president Suman Sayami as a candidate from Kathmandu constituency no. 8/9. Similarly, the name of the party's central spokesperson Rabindra Kumar Shrestha has been recommended as a direct candidate from Kathmandu-7.

The district committee has stated that they have been put forward as eligible candidates, respecting the party's policies, principles and public sentiment.

The Kathmandu district committee has urged the party's central office to take necessary decisions on the recommended names and move the election process forward.
