The government has formed a high-level political dialogue committee to hold talks with various political parties and stakeholders.

The cabinet meeting held on Monday formed such a committee under the coordination of Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Anil Sinha. Government spokesperson and Minister for Communications and Information Technology Jagdish Kharel said that the decision was taken at Monday's cabinet meeting.

The members of the committee formed by the government include Minister for Communications Kharel and the Prime Minister's Chief Political Advisor Ajaybhadra Khanal.

The meeting held today has appointed Dr. Prakash Kumar Shrestha as the Vice-Chairman of the National Planning Commission.
