Nepali Communist Party coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal has reached Surkhet to address the party unity message meeting. Chairman Oli had invited him as a guest by telephone.
‘It is difficult to be the chairman as the inauguration of the Surkhet Unity Message Assembly and the UML General Convention are competing,’ said Dahal’s Chief Personal Secretary Govinda Acharya.
