The single name of Congress General Secretary Bishwo Prakash Sharma has been recommended from Jhapa Constituency 1 for the House of Representatives elections to be held on 21 Falgun. Congress Regional President Indra Bahadur Budhathoki informed that Sharma's single name was unanimously recommended.
The central committee had asked the regional committee to recommend the name of the candidate. "Accordingly, the region has unanimously recommended the single name of General Secretary Sharma. The name will reach the center through the district working committee. We have recommended it to the center," said President Budhathoki.
