What you should know

The Ujjaya Nepal Party has been announced. The party was announced at the National Assembly on Wednesday. Although this party was formed on the initiative of Minister Kulman Ghising, he is not holding any position yet.

Minister Kulman Ghising was invited as the chief guest at the party's declaration meeting. The party, chaired by former secretary Anup Kumar Upadhyay, has also made its manifesto public.

The party's theoretical views are based on the achievements of the Constitution of Nepal, the people's competitive multi-party democratic governance system, civil liberties, fundamental rights, human rights, adult suffrage, periodic elections, press freedom, impartial, competent judiciary and the concept of a rule of law. The party has already been registered with the Election Commission. The election symbol is on the verge of being lit.

Addressing the party's declaration meeting on Wednesday, Ghising said that it is important to work together to institutionalize change from the people's level. 'It is important to institutionalize change. It is important to ensure a safe landing for the country. The country must now find a way out of this,' he said, 'The election will be held on Falgun 21, but the question of whose government will come after the election is serious. That is probably why this bright party was born. Now the change should be led by new and alternative individuals, institutions and parties.'

Ghising said that people from the Prime Minister to the grassroots level should be right. 'The personality from the Prime Minister to the grassroots level should be right. The right person should be in the right place, at the right time, only then will the country change. Only then will big change be possible. If the right person is not chosen, if your own people are chosen, the country will not change,' he said, 'A person who can make big speeches will fail in development, construction and prosperity. We should not give speeches but deliver, there should be result-oriented politics.' Ghising also said that leadership will fail when people lose their trust.

The program was also addressed by civic leader Sundarmani Dixit, former Education Minister Sumana Shrestha and others. Minister Shrestha said that the political forces that came after the Gen-G movement should move forward together. She said that she would always work for unity among the new forces. 'We should move forward unitedly. Going separately means rolling out the red carpet to the old parties,' she said, 'We should move forward with a broad mind. "We should not go separately."

He said that new forces should unite to prevent the old parties from returning to power. "Why walk separately? Everyone should go together to ban the culture of the old party. Everyone asked where Sumana is, Sumana is united. There should be unity." Sumana said that the journey of the political party now is to establish good governance and end corruption, nepotism, favoritism and inequity.
