The announcement meeting of the Ujjaya Nepal Party, which is rumored to have Kulman Ghising as the Energy Minister, is set to begin shortly. The party, chaired by former secretary Anup Kumar Upadhyay, is set to release its manifesto at the National Assembly building on Wednesday.

Leaders have said that the party will be formally announced on Wednesday itself. However, the party has already been registered with the Election Commission. The election symbol is yet to be announced.

Energy Minister Kulman Ghising will address the assembly on Wednesday as the chief guest. The party's ideological vision is to embrace the achievements of Nepal's constitution, including a competitive multi-party democratic system of governance, civil liberties, fundamental rights, human rights, adult suffrage, periodic elections, press freedom, an impartial, competent judiciary, and the concept of a rule of law.
