Harkaraj Rai (Sampang), the central chairman of the Shram Sanskriti Party and mayor of Dharan Sub-metropolitan City, has made it public that the main principle of the Shram Sanskriti Party is 'Harkaism'.

At a press conference in Dharan on Tuesday, Chairman Hark Sampang announced the party's core principle as 'Harkism', while making public his party's concept paper and agenda.

He said that only balanced and appropriate development of nature, culture and technology can protect and advance the human world. To achieve that state, party chairman and mayor Rai says that compulsory labor and labor donation are necessary, and that this can only be achieved through the policy and continuous practice of compulsory labor and labor donation. He says, 'Harkism is the basic political philosophy that only through labor can we end scarcity, poverty, discrimination and the resulting conflicts, wars, destruction and unrest.'

Similarly, it is stated that there will be a 2-house legislature in the legislature union and a 1-house legislature in the provinces. The party believes that the National Assembly under the federal legislature should have equal representation from all provinces and that the House of Representatives should be fully proportional to the population of the province.

All citizens should be actively involved in all kinds of development through labor donation, end the unequal and unjust distribution of development based on access and power, make Kathmandu-centric or city-centric development rural-centric, use Gen-G in production, construction and innovation, implement a life-useful education system and teach only 3 days a week, and reduce the number of books and curriculum, said Mayor Sampang.

Sampang also said that he would promote a subsistence-oriented economy and create an export-oriented economy, make a physical development plan with economic development at the center, and implement national economic programs that will determine the rhythm of development within 5 years and achieve the objectives within 10 years.
