The Vibeksheel Sajha Party has decided to merge with the National Independent Party.

The central committee meeting unanimously approved the 'broader polarization/integration proposal' of party vice-chairman and coordinator of the dialogue committee, Prakash Chandra Pariyar, among alternative political parties, and passed the decision to merge with the Rashtriya Swatantra Party.

'At a time when the inevitability of alternative political forces is being felt, the movement of young people, 'Gen-G rebellion', has accelerated the integration between the Bibeksheel Sajha Party and the Rastriya Swatantra Party. The decision to merge has been made with the commitment to make the political responsibility of making the Nepali people's ardent desire for development, prosperity and good governance result-oriented by being the first force in the elections successful,  This sends a national message,' said coordinator and vice-chairman Pariyar.

He said that other technical issues of party unification will be resolved soon by consensus on the basis of high understanding between the leaderships of both parties. An announcement program will be held at the National Assembly next Sunday.
