The Janata Samajwadi Party, the Nagarik Unmukti Party, and the Rastriya Mukti Party will contest the upcoming House of Representatives elections on February 21 under a single symbol.

'In the upcoming 2082 Falgun 21 election for the House of Representatives, we, the three parties Janata Samajwadi Party, Nagarik Unmukti Party Nepal and Rastriya Mukti Party Nepal, have agreed to participate with a single election symbol,' the agreement states. 'We have agreed to use the Janto (Chakia) election symbol currently held by Nagarik Unmukti Party Nepal as the single election symbol.'
Those parties have also called on other parties that share their views to come with a single election symbol.
