Ujjaya Nepal (UNEPA) has formed a unity committee to integrate and unify various political parties, groups and individuals into the party. Similarly, a committee has also been formed to write the party's manifesto.

The central committee of UNEP, formed under the patronage of Kulman Ghising, who is handling three ministries including energy, physical infrastructure and urban development in the interim government formed for election purposes, has formed two committees. According to UNEP central member Shankar Dhakal, the central committee meeting informed that these two committees were formed.

The members of the negotiation committee include independent MP Tara Joshi in the Sudurpaschim Provincial Assembly, artist Rima Bishwakarma and Nitraj Silwal. The negotiation committee includes Shankar Dhakal, Ghanshyam Pandey, Tej Narayan Yadav and Kiran BK as invited members. 'This committee will discuss unity with various parties, individuals and groups. There is a plan to immediately discuss with the former Bibeksheel Sajha, Naya Shakti, Nepal Rastriya Bikas Party and a group of independent engineers,' Dhakal said. 'This negotiation committee has been formed to discuss with various political forces and individuals to make the Ujjalo Nepal Party an alternative political force and a party with a new foundation.' It is said that the invited members of the negotiation team will be added and removed as needed. Similarly, the central committee meeting of UNEPA has also formed a manifesto writing committee for the upcoming elections. This committee includes Shankar Dhakal (science, technology, innovation, infrastructure and disaster expert and youth entrepreneur), Mahendra Lawati (politics and international relations expert), Tara Joshi (independent MP in the Sudurpaschim Provincial Assembly), Pratima Sharma (women and inclusion expert), Ashutosh Vijay Pant (doctor), Lakpa Footi Sherpa (tourism entrepreneur), Arvind Shah (IT expert, co-founder of Khalti), Dr. Sagar Dhakal (environmental expert), Jyotsna Sainju (hotel entrepreneur), Shriram Gurung (media person and entrepreneur), Kiran BK (Gen-G activist), Sanjeev Bhattarai (policy and administration expert).
