Gen-G representative Sudhan Gurung has said that Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal of the interim government will not be able to fulfill Gen-G's demands.

Speaking to media persons at the Election Commission on Thursday, Gurung said that they were not fighting just to postpone the 2084 election to 2082. He announced that they would not go to the election until their demands were met and that the demands of the martyrs and injured should be met. Stating that the government is moving with the election as its destination, he demanded that the Gen-G movement should get justice.

He said, ‘We are not going to the election. We are not fighting to postpone the 2084 election to 2082. So many people have been injured and martyred. Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal betrayed him. Now we are going to the election, he says that the only target is the election, the injured should be addressed. Where will we go to the election until justice is provided? Our commitments have been fulfilled. We have not received justice. There is no hope that he will provide justice.’

He objected to the false narrative that it is only the Nepali government that is being created. He said that every Nepali should come to build the country.
