Bhim Rawal, coordinator of the Motherland Awareness Campaign, has said that it is necessary to strengthen the Nepali Communist Party to stand strong against national pride, political stability, and external interference.
Leader Rawal made this statement while addressing the unity declaration program organized at the National Assembly in Kathmandu on Wednesday. Leader Rawal said that the party should be made responsible and taken forward by providing employment opportunities to the youth in the country and increasing agricultural production to take the country towards prosperity.
He also claimed that if the communists do not stand together for the development of the country and peace and order, the day when Nepalis will eat missiles is not far away. He said, "If the patriotic, progressive communists do not unite, be selfless, and the leadership does not brace themselves to form a patriotic party, the day when our missiles will be eaten is not far away," he said, "Therefore, let us strengthen the Nepali Communist Party, stop the missiles. To prevent external interference and the country from breaking up, the Nepali Communist Party should be strengthened. Let us prevent the fields from becoming barren, and the youth from going abroad."
He mentioned that the then NCP did not survive due to the power interests and arrogance of CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli. Oli's arrogant and boastful character has made it impossible for the UML to even be with the family of late leader Madan Bhandari today.
