After lengthy discussions and deliberations with various parties regarding registering a new party and participating in the elections, the Ghising faction has decided to move forward by making the Ujjaya Nepal Party its own.

An application for registration of the 'Ujyalo Nepal' party was submitted to the Election Commission on 27th Shrawan. The election symbol of this party is 'Balhayaki Bijuliko Chim'. Gyan Bahadur Tamang had applied to the commission for registration of this party. The party is in the process of registration. Ghising's side is preparing to submit the necessary documents on Tuesday and proceed with the registration.

Ghising, who was a minister in the interim government, will not be in the executive role of this party. Preparations are underway to register the party with former Energy Secretary Anup Upadhyay as the coordinator. 'We have reached a decision to update the details of the Ujyalo Nepal Party, which has already applied for registration. We will submit the names of the executive committee and the necessary documents on Tuesday,' Upadhyay said.

He also informed that Ghising will not have a direct role in the party. 'The process for formation is under his leadership. Since the party follows the principle of one person, one position, he will not be in charge now. "He will not take responsibility for the party when he is a minister, he will be the chairman after leaving the government," Upadhyay said.

He claimed that along with Sudhan Gurung of the Gen-G movement, 'Hami Nepal' and the mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Balendra Shah, will be with this party. "Mayor Shah's team is with us. The Gen-G coordinators of all seven provinces announced by Sudhan Gurung are also with us," he said. Mayor Shah's secretariat has not said anything about this. Shah's secretariat had been saying that they support alternative forces and forces that bring Gen-G together.

Gurung had appointed Gen-G coordinators in seven provinces. Gurung's Gen-G group had given the responsibility to Uparjun Chamling as the Koshi coordinator, Shiva Yadav as the Madhesh coordinator, Afsana Banu as the Bagmati coordinator, Pradeep Pandey as the Gandaki coordinator, Aditya Acharya as the Lumbini coordinator, Supriya Shahi as the Karnali coordinator, and Khemraj Saud as the Sudurpaschim coordinator.

Earlier, Sumana Shrestha, who had left the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh along with Ghising, also participated in the discussion on registering a new party. In the end, after Ghising decided to take forward the Ujjala Nepal Party and make former secretary Upadhyay the coordinator for the time being, Shrestha decided to move forward separately. Shrestha said, "Now we will move forward with the concept of the Council of Leaders."

Shrestha did not agree with the name 'Ujjala Nepal Party'. She said that 'Jana Sewa Party' should be registered. Upadhyay said, "Sumana has wished us well. She also said that we may be in a position to go together tomorrow." He started talking about forming a public service party. Many friends said that since Ujjaya Nepal has become a 'brand', let's not change this.'

After Shrestha formed the new party, Ghising had proposed that Ghising resign from the minister position and start building the organization. Similarly, if Ghising did not take the lead, Shrestha had proposed that a Gen-G leader or a martyr or injured person of the Gen-G movement should be made the president. Which was rejected by the Ghising faction.
