The two leaders held a 'one-to-one' discussion at a hotel in Dhumbarahi. A leader said that the two parties discussed cooperation and unity.
The leader said that both RPP Chairman Thapa and Lingden are positive for unity. Thapa claimed that after indicating that he could accept Lingden as the chairman, an atmosphere of unity was created and a decision would be made after a few steps.
A week ago, RPP Nepal had formally proposed unity with RPP. Thapa claimed that after today's discussion, they met in a cordial atmosphere and were moving in a positive direction.
