”It has been kept open that cooperation and alliances can be formed in the election and in the formation of the government after the election with independent individuals, groups, and political parties that agree on new and fundamental theoretical issues,” the political report states.

The National Independent Party has decided to keep open the option of forming an electoral alliance with other political parties and organizations in the elections scheduled for 21 Falgun.
The political report presented by acting president DP Aryal at the extended meeting of the party in Chitwan mentions that an alliance can be formed. The report does not specify which parties and political forces can be formed in terms of working unity.
However, leaders say that this option has been opened for such working unity with new parties. The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) party, which has been critical of the alliances of old political parties, has come to the conclusion that it will form an alliance in the upcoming elections.
However, the report states that such an alliance should not be formed in a way that would cause the original identity of the RSS to be lost. ‘It has been kept open that cooperation and alliances can be formed in the elections and in the formation of the government after the elections with independent individuals, groups, and political parties that agree on new and basic theoretical issues,’ the report says. ‘However, the identity of the RSS will not be allowed to be overshadowed in the name of alliance.’
He mentioned that instead of just criticizing the competing parties, one should present one’s programs and perspectives in a positive manner.
‘A clear strategy should be formulated on whether to form an alliance or contest the election alone. A deep analysis of its advantages and disadvantages is necessary. Sometimes, alliances also pose a risk of losing the original identity of the party,’ the report states.
